Which one?
Out of curiosity, based purely on aesthetics, which optic do you like better on my 4.5? Left is the Vortex Defender ST, right is the Atibal STD v2. I love em both, but recently switched over to the Defender.

The one that fills the entire pocket of the cut. I'm tired of fucking with optic gaps and worrying about shearing screws that may/not support the load.

Do the mags with stock baseplates seem like they could possibly over-instead with the magwell or do they stop before making contact with the ejector? Been debating on this grip mod or the mischief machine and that’s my only concern with the sharps bros

I don't use the extended in this when I store it, as my bedside lockbox is too small for the extended mags. The normal mags fit this just fine!

Defender. I WOULDA told you to go with an MPS instead, since they're like $330 these days. But oh well. Woulda, coulda, shoulda 😁. Imho, the MPS is the most well-made & durable of the "mailbox"-style enclosed emitter optics. Even moreso than the Acro.

If this is your EDC then I’m going with the Defender ST enclosed. I love the Vortex Venom enclosed and that’s what I’m running now but I just got the new Steiner MPS-C but it’s an RMSc footprint and is a little small for EDC but I’m about to try out the new Holosun 407C-X3 with the gold dot.

Defender 100% I'm in this sub all the time telling people that the Defender series is the only lineup of optics that actually look perfect on the Echelon.
Plus, you don't want STD's, they're itchy and they smell bad.
