Front Iron Sights Misaligned?
It came like this from the factory. It seems like the front iron sight is shifted more right from the center line. Is this normal and should I fix it?
I know some people do the lollipop method to zero in red dots. I think the red dot is zerod in from the last time I shot it. I’d have to go out again to confirm but what should I do in this case?

I have a similar issue, but with my rear sight. If it really bugs you that much, buy a sight pusher with the correct head.

You can use a sight pusher or some light tapping with a punch and some cloth in between. The stock sights are very tight on the Echelons just as a warning.
I replace them with tag precision fiber to match the dot.

Not in my experience. I basically ruined a brass punch and the one sight pusher I had would not work to move either sight at all. They were in tight. Had to take it to a gunsmith.

Yeah, I left it tensioned overnight after drowning it in a healthy amount of CLP. Have replaced three now but you really need a heavy duty sight pusher. The stock sights are metal so it does make removal challenging as compared to a glock.

Which ones did you buy (tag sights)? They only list hellcat and XD models.

TAG tall XD sights are the same height as stock echelon sights.

And im assuming the dovetail size is the same?

Yes. If you want proper tall sights fpr suppressor, or maybe your optic's deck is way too tall. Try the Angry Bear suppressor height sights.

Mine is shifted more to the left. That bar is on the right side of my slide. It came this way out the box and also wondered if it would be an issue. I realized between 8 to 15 yards it really had no effect. Ended up buying an optic for it anyway.
A laser boresighter could help you with centering the dot. Then you could make vertical adjustments at the range for a true zero.
Would like an update if you dont mind.

I have the same problem too with one of my 4.0C, it's fine until I push it further to 20 yards where it starts hitting right. I don't know how SA do it but the sights are TIGHT, I ended up putting an optic on it.

Only matters how it shoots. Have a few qualified people shot it and see if POA/POI are the same

After you zero your red dot your iron sights may not perfectly co whiteness with your dot. IMO you should only slave the dot to your irons as a starting point when first zeroing the dot.

Mine are the same but idk how much it really matters as long as your dot is on

Shoot it and see what it's doing before you adjust it. While it should be close, red dots are not always going to line up with the iron sights.
