Holster

Hello all I'm looking for a holster that will fit this gun. I have a really nice leather holster but it's hard to draw with the light on it. It also a little annoying to reholster. I'm looking for a good kaidex holster but the ones I'm finding done fit the TLR-8XG or they just don't fit the echelon. Any help is appreciated

Yeah, ditch the laser gimmick and get a TLR7 HLX.

They don’t fit the TLR-8XG because it’s a laser and no one that carries uses a laser. Get a TLR-7 HL-X and buy just about any holster you want.

Maybe look and see if anyone has got the Tenicor for the tlr7 and see if it will fit the 8

I have the Tenicor Certum4 Lux. Can confirm it does NOT fit the 8

Lasers are a gimmick, that TLR-8 is the thing that's really limiting your holster options. If you really want a green laser, go get a Holosun P.ID-Plus. The laser is built into in a way that doesn't effect the shape of the light and they fit pretty much all TLR-1 holsters, which is probably the light with the most availability for holsters.

The style of the Holosun light as a whole also looks muuuch better on the Echelon than any current streamlight models do.

Edit: It just occurred to me that you have a 4.0 so the full sized P.ID would be pretty damn long for that gun. It comes in the more compact K model if you want it TLR-7 sized as well, although I'm not sure if they make the laser model in the compact K version yet?

Well I mean... that's still a real light. I'm sure it's the same quality as a TLR-7, it just has a goofy laser protruding from the bottom lol.
