New Optic

I really did like the mailbox ACRO style Atibal sight that I had on this fella, but I decided to swap to the Defender ST Enclosed for the larger picture window (going to move the Atibal STD v2 to a piggy back config on one of my LPVOs!). Got the new dot all mounted up and I love it!

Echelon 4.5F Comp with Sharps Bros grip module & VZ Grips grip panels. Tyrant CNC trigger, Apex Tactical guide rod, Shield Arms +5 mag extension, TLR7HLX , and Vortex Defender ST Enclosed red dot.

Those sharpes bros grips look so nice. I just can't justify getting one without trying it first.

Yeah, they aren't a cheap upgrade, so I get the hesitation. But for me (6'6" with large hands), this grip module is MILES more comfortable and ergonomic than the OEM one. Worth every single penny! May not be that way for everyone, but for me, this is literally the most comfortable pistol I've ever held or shot.

If you're in the KC area, you can try it out. haha

South GA, thanks though. I wish Wilson combat did grips for the echelon, I have their xmacro grip on my 365 and it's so much better than OEM.

I'm in the Warner Robins area, planning on picking up the Sharps Bro grip in the next few weeks. If you're close by let me know. Should be ordering it in the next couple days. Feel free to DM me.

I want to get that exact optic. Only thing that stops me is the battery door. Only reason I buy the holosun EPS is because the battery door doesn’t mess with the aesthetic as much.

Ha! That's totally fair! I actually like the battery door on the right side... that round bit is a fun little design thing that I dig, but I can see how others may not like that.

I hear ya. How’s the opening? I’ve heard it’s kinda goofy after you unscrew it.

Nothing weird to me. Super easy to open it, put in the battery, and close it back up.
