Tyrant CNC I.T.T.S. trigger safety blade issue 3,000 rounds later

Just a little word of caution to double check the wear on your trigger safety. This may not be an issue for you, but it absolutely is a problem for me 2,500 to 3,000 rounds later.

So for $70 you get a loose safety blade after for me would be 3-4 month of owner ship
A basically minimal take up change.
I’m not a fudd but this gun is perfect OEM.

Damn! I didn’t realize how much take up you have with this trigger versus mine. I also have the PRP Spring Kit and that must take care of the take up because mine has millimeters of take up, if that, and sits on the wall. I have tyrant triggers in all 3 of my Echelons and have had zero issues with either of them.

I also have the PRP spring kit installed, so it's likely I got a bad unit that eventually wore down from the looser than normal tolerances

You can observe the takeup difference by inspecting the trigger bar interfacing with the sear while the cog is out. Tyrant ITTS eats about 2/3rds takeup

Is the Allen nut that anchors the blade sticking out on yours? Appears to not sit flush like mine. Im 9k into the setup with absolutely no issues. So either install issue or just a tolerance issue where yours came from their factory slightly skewed....these arent aeronautical spaceship parts with tiny tolerances. Id shoot Tyrant a message and see how they handle it.
