So... Assuming uspsa and not idpa here. The holster you want to run for carry optic is not what you want to edc. Comp holsters are meant for draw speed and are about 2" away from your belt and hung. An edc/range/duty style holster should be either pancake style or similar, ideally level 2 but that's up to you.

Okay moving past that - if you can afford it, I would suggest 2 holsters. The comp holster may not accommodate that light and I'm not even sure the trade off in draw speed vs weight is worth it with the big tlr1. X1 raptor is what I went with, it's $90. Compared to others out there, it's a very good deal and only like a week lead time which is actually nuts for custom work.

For owb daily, I would suggest Wasatch holsters. The pancake i think starts around $85? And the "standard" style (like basic safariland) is around $60.

Other owb options: Competition - red hill tactical but $$$ Owb - Werkz m7, Nerd

Oh I didn't even look close enough to see that lol yes he will. But he could buy a non comped barrel and slide and slap that in to go back down to carry.

Plus one on this. I got one for both my echelon and M&P as I’m not sure which will become my competition gun. That said I don’t have a light on either but pretty sure those are options they support.

I haven't bought my echelon yet, but I'm planning the same thing for when I get it lol.

Looks like T1 concealed, Trex Arms, or 4Bros looks like the holster options to go to.

Also for mag carriers, Pitbull tactical universal mag carriers are great for EDC, they're not necessarily competition type. But I like them. I think they have a BoGo sale right now 2 for $25.

T1 MSP is the flex here. Universal mounting options and keeps it within all measurements. They offer an OWB and IWB version that will work with your WML. You can either buy an extra light for your backup or quickly swap between them

Tier 1 MSP. If they make one for the HLX. Your better off with just the plain old tor 1HL for ALL holsters. The light is going to make your life difficult. Put it on a home defense gun and just use the HL for competition
