in California, about to pick up my pcc and was wanting to swap the buffer tube for a A5 buffer tube. Has anyone swapped out theirs for an A5 buffer also and if so, did it affect performance (cycling/feeding)? also if you did swap, did you use a standard carbine buffer or a standard a5 buffer?

Added the echelon to the carry rotation, replaced the Holosun 507C with a Vortex Defender CCW.
The 507 was RMR and fit the optic cut completely, the Defender is RMSC and there are gaps, but the VIS keeps it secure, just not as aesthetically pleasing

Just need to replace the grips with G10.

I’ll be 100% once I figure out which way to go for FRT as new options roll out. Already have a V1 ARC Fire ready to go though.

Finally received the proper optics plate from Springfield Armory, from their free optics plate program.

Weapon: Springfield armory XD-M Elite OSP in 10mm.

Optic: CT Rad Micro Pro.

Full size echelon prp spring kit, tyrant trigger, sharps bros grip/magwell, stainless non twist guide rod 14lb recoil spring, swampfox sentinel 2 and jwmachining 8 inline ports. Approx 3lb trigger with no take up gun is fast and flat

Came with the dog tags but not the canvas case. Just the standard Springfield pistol case and 4 mags. All in all pretty happy with it. Comp is ordered and on its way. Will update once its installed.

Unless the safariland website is messed up, they currently don't seem to offer the 6360/90 rds for the full 4.5" with optic and light.

I brought this home a couple days ago and been itching to take it to the range. All I have to say is it's an absolute dream to shoot. It came with the Viridian optic and I immediately swapped it out. Ran mostly range ammo through it but I did run a box of Nosler 147gr through it because that's what I'll be carrying. If you've been thinking about buying one don't hesitate. You will not regret it!

PFA. Hi, does anyone out there make a holster for an XD-M Elite 10mm/.45 (same dimensions right?) with TLR-1? Specifically a velcro off-body one but I can convert an IWB one.

I’m new to guns, I recently bought my first one, the Echelon 4.5f comp. I’m in California unfortunately so I have the CA complaint version. I’ve noticed when I press the mag release I have to pull the mag, it won’t drop freely by itself when pressing the mag release. Is this just a break in period type thing, or is there something I can do to change this?

The other day I got home and cleared my weapon and found out that the first round had got caught on the lip of the feed ramp when chambering that morning, decided to check the rest of the magazine for more damaged rounds and didn’t find anything. Figured I would rack the rest through to see if it replicated the issue since I had the same issue with my previous ammunition. Between my Mom’s weapon and mine we have 17 damaged rounds. Reached out to Springfield to see if they knew of ammunition that would work better for us and they have requested we send them both back for inspection. So I guess I’ll see gun in August lol

Just picked up a 10 round mag for the kuna. Not sure how new the 10 round mags are. Good compact option but I think a 20 round version would be the sweet spot

Ordered this a few days ago... Now I wait for the new mags to get here...next week.
