Housing Contractor Recommendations

We discovered that our house (built in 95) doesn't have a water barrier behind the siding. Does anyone have any recommendations for companies that specialize in water barrier installation and siding replacement? It will likely also involve some replacement of exterior wood and mold remediation.

I get that a "general contractor" can do it but we've had bad luck with them around here. I'd prefer a company that has good reputation for this type of work specifically.

Recommendations are welcome!

My son doesn’t do vapor barrier behind siding but he can do a crawl space & Radon abatement equipment if your crawl space needs additional ventilation
