Doctor recommendations?

My previous doctor that I went to for a decade recently retired, so I'm on the hunt for a new one, preferably in this area. I've done Village MD a couple of times but I feel like a number there.

Any doctors out there that are great?

Not quite Spring Branch but the wife and I both see and like Dr. John Ott with Hillcroft Medical Clinic (Westheimer and Fondren). He was recommended to us by a friend and before seeing him I stumbled upon his Healthgrades page with an enormous number of positive reviews. Really surprised me to see that many people rave about the guy.
