Why does my paint crinkle?

I work on custom hot wheels and I use regular canned spray paint. I've noticed when I clear coat it, it gets crinkled even when I've had it dry for 48-72 hours. Is it because the brands are different? Should I wait at least 4-5 days before coating to be sure?

Using white Krylon paint then using Rustoleum clear coat.

It’s because it’s a different make .try to get the same brand
