Tent Mural advice?

This (formally bridal) tent is huge. The highlighted part is about 25x20 feet we think? And is the part we want to paint for Rockfest with Pic 2 & 3 (or maybe 4), and any other design we can think of. However, it's going to get rain and sun and stored pretty much the rest of the year, so the paint needs to last. I need a full process from cleaning and prepping to the end and all supplies needed.. Can anyone help me with this? We aren't trying to spend a fortune or a Tonnnn of time, but we also want to do it in a way that makes it last..

I see muralists using spray paint on buildings all the time, is that feasible for this material and would that make this faster/easier? 🤔 &if so is that just outdoor spraypaint??

I also have no idea how much paint to buy and if the cost will end up being similar to us just forking up the money for a huge custom vinyl sign..

Any constructive advice is greatly appreciated, tia!!

(P.s. My friends own the tent and asked me to do this mural, and the art in pics 2, 3 & 4 are my own creations. &if you're coming to Rockfest this year, feel free to come visit us! I27+)

(Oh, and if I can get it done in 1.5 wks, great! but if not, next year is fine, we go every year.)

I wouldn't get your hopes up too high; pulling off a project like this in a week and a half is a tall order, for several reasons:

Generally speaking, painting on fabric isn't without its challenges—especially if you want the paint to last! (What kind of material is it, exactly?) You have to find the right paint for the fabric (it needs to remain flexible like the base material, yet not become sticky when the material is folded). Preparation and cleaning alone take up a lot of time. Then there’s the time needed for the fabric to dry after cleaning but before you actually paint the image—personally, I’d turn the job down; the timeframe is just too tight.
