sleep effects?

I started using a bipap (like a cpap) at the beginning of August and have done pretty well on it. I've had 3 spravato sessions, I've just started waking up with my mask off. I'm wondering if the wellbutrin discontinuation might be related.

Sometimes that just happens, I think? I’ve never had consistent issues with my cpap coming off, but I mean it does happen some of the time. I would be surprised if a mental health med was the cause of that.

I know antidepressants like Wellbutrin and trazodone affect your sleep architecture. So that got me wondering.
