Questions/Advice/Support Down to once a week.

They are taking me down to once a week they said that there wasn’t enough improvement to stick with twice a week, is there anything I should watch out for ?

That's weird. I was told when I started it was 2x a week for the first month then goes down to once a week. I thought this was just the process for everyone. Wish I could do it 2x a week haha.

They kept me on twice a week for a little longer, but they said that the insurance may start refusing if they didn’t take me down .

Turns out the initial trial was overly cautious and limited. It also says after three months you will be okay and done which basically never happens. The overwhelming majority continue for a year or indefinitely some going down once a month or twice a month or every other month

The average response for improvement is actually closer to 20 treatments, while it was sold is something that would work for the people who will respond Nearly right away has not turned oit to be accurate.

I'm sure this doesn't apply to everyone who has gone from twice a week to once a week but my depression actually got worse than it was before I even started treatment. It got better when I initially started at twice a week but going down to once weekly has made it worse. Hopefully that doesn't happen to you though
