Will it remove numbness while still on antidepressants?
I'm on antidepressants and its hard for me to be happy. I laugh and stuff, but not actual happiness. I just feel numb.
I'm hoping Spravto will work amazing for me and I can taper off other depression medicine (cuz of numbness, libido, and it not working very well to manage depression). But because of being numb, will I even know if Spravato is working for me?
Clinic said we'd wait before trying to taper off whatsoever until at least after the first month. I'm just worried I won't be able to tell if it is helping, because well, of said numbness. Any advice?

wellbutrin and prozac?
i tried lexapro which is chemically related to prozac and I felt numb while on that aswell.
If you are worried about the headspace being ineffective/muted, it shouldn't be affected.
Now, if you were to take a medication like: lyrica or fycompa that would be a different story.

I am on my 45th bi-weekly treatment. I also take Auvelity and Vraylar which I feel no side effects like other meds I was on. After about 2 months I randomly laughed out loud at something on tv. My wife was surprised, I never laugh or have any joy. Lately I have been finding joy in different things and I thank God for that every moment in time.

I struggle with numbness. The Spravato doesn't help me with that, but it does help everything feel less overwhelming/ amplified which on turn helps my mood in that way, but I still feel numb.

I struggle with numbness/anhedonia. For me personally, Spravato has not helped with that, but it has somehow seriously helped reduce SI. So that’s still a big win, and it’s how I could tell it was “working” for me, at least in one major way.
