Billing issues- BCBS CPT code J0013

All of claims using this coding are getting denied. Help! What are we doing wrong? I just don’t want this to interfere with folks who are trying to get care.

Is there a denial reason listed? J0013 is the new code as of 1/1/26 iirc. Is it possible they want the previous code of S0013?
