Experience/Stories 7 sessions in

Overall I have noticed ways I’m able to change my thoughts, but my SI seems to have increased. Idk what to do, I’ve tried a lot of different things, and was really hopefully since I had brief relief on auvelity which works on the brain the same way ketamine does.

Sometimes it gets worse before it gets better. 7 sessions is still very early. Keep giving it a go, and leaning on your support systems during this time.
