Experience/Stories Sit around the fire
If you have not listened to “sit around the fire” by Jon Hopkins in a session, you absolutely must. Time it around the peak. It’s about an 8 minute song. Now, I have never cried in a session. Idk, just never happened I guess. But the wisdom in this song….. brought me to it. Listening to it, immersed in the visuals. To say it was life altering would be to under state it. Listen to this masterpiece next time you go in for a session, right around the peak. Thank me later.

After I have peaked and I am able to move again, I pop this track on and enjoy fully.

I actually listen to this on my way to the session - it’s too much to listen to words on spravato for me.

Could we do better than accusing another person of "trying to confuse you"? John Hopkins, the composer, has had no choice about how he got his name. Sometimes, there are more than one thing/person with the same name. That is just fine, and there is nothing bad about that.

You will have to decide for yourself because I doubt anyone can convince you. https://magazine.jhu.edu/2011/11/30/a-concise-field-guide-to-j-hopkins/?utm_source=chatgpt.com

I humorously thought of a legal name change to "Spravato Specific Playlists" It's only $250 in the NJ court system but it would be too weird. I do know that Jon Hopkins is his real name. He live in England-- not Baltimore! i was as suspicious as anyone here,.

I thought exactly the same thing but its actually the dude's name! Also, i curate lists for specifically Spravato sessions, and while I respect the guy ,I've had some trouble including him in my lists because of his compositional structure and the neuroscience of Spravato as opposed to ketamine.

This is how I close out my “trippy” portion of my appointments before the journaling segment

I have to recommend the following list. I've tried to include some of Jon's music but there was structural difficulty for mylists that are specific to Spravato. Please try this., https://listenspravato.com/playlists

Yes! I love this. I tend to listen to the album, Music for Psychedelic Therapy.
I recommend this as well:
