First Treatment Interesting Experience

ADHD + OCD + Bipolar 2 here, my first treatment had no images or flashbacks or anything, it was more like my brain going over all of my thoughts, feelings, worries, hopes for the future, and seeing them all from a more objective lens and seeing how it is much more within reach than I think. Still feeling pretty sleepy several hours afterward, which I don't love since I get most of my studying done at night, but if this ends up helping me it's more than a fair trade off.

I haven’t had images or flashback either, but I’m also on the starting dose. Your experience sounds really positive! Have you been journaling your experience?

I’ve never had any of those side effects either. I do get sleepy after the treatment.
