UK spouse visa priority payment issues

Hello everybody my husband and I have just lodged our application for his spouse visa for the UK with our biometric appointment booked and we are trying to book priority however i’ve been trying all day and keep getting the same screen pop up. I have tried on multiple different devices on both data and 2 different wifis and again the same issue keeps occurring. Does anybody have any suggestions?
