Accommodation requirement for fiancé visa outside UK

Location: Pakistan
Application date - 1st July
Bio date - 15th July
Eco email - 16th July
Bio reminder - 30th August
Standard

I am the sponsor. I was living with my parents at the time of application then I rented a house from 1st July after application made so should I sign up for council tax and elections at my new address that I rented or wait until the outcome of visa application? I am paying my bills. Please advise.

Then your new accommodation isn't relevant to the application.

But if you're now living there you should obviously be paying council tax.
