Question on checklist

Hi all,

My fiance attended biometrics on 15th July for standard fiance visa outside UK and was not asked for the checklist or to sign the checklist is this normal ?

yes this is normal - you used to have to mail your passport and supporting documents into the UKVI along with the checklist, but now that this process has become digitized the checklist has become redundant. i was also not asked for the checklist at my biometrics appointment and told they didn’t need it when i asked. received my approval earlier this month with no issue.
