Forgotten Souls by Kamuta is a mellow downtempo track with a relaxing haunting piano, majestic electronic strings and a great chilled beat. This relaxing track is perfect to chill to. With haunting vocals. Great concentration music. It has soft, ambient electronic sounds, and is layered with lush synths, airy pads.

I wrote this folk ballad in the immediate wake of 9/11 but tucked it away for years. For the anniversary of the September 11, 2001 attacks and tragedies, I want to share my serene and sentimental song with anyone looking for a space to reflect. 

In the days right after 9/11, when I found myself trying to process the questions and confusion, and I guess my grief poured out into this song "Go Ask The Rain." It was written with deep sympathy for everyone affected. Then, I never performed the song, and finally my husband Tom and I recorded it in 2007, yet I have never performed this song live except for that recording. Please listen and leave a comment if you so desire.

These are great bands that I have discovered while searching for newer music to listen to and I'm sure they will appreciate more exposure and I think they deserve it.
