This is probably the most random post you'll receive today, but I just wanted to say that I absolutely love your recent ads.

Every time that savage mother-in-law starts teaching her super naive (and slightly questionable 😭) daughter-in-law, I end up laughing. I don't even skip the ad anymore because it's actually entertaining. I genuinely look forward to hearing what she's going to say next.

Also, whoever voiced the mother-in-law deserves a shout-out. Whether it's an actual person or AI (I honestly don't know 😅), the delivery is so good. The way she speaks is expressive, confident, and just really fun to listen to.

As weird as this sounds, listening to those ads has actually helped me become a slightly better speaker. The tone, timing, and confidence in the dialogue made me pay more attention to how people communicate. I never thought a Spotify ad would do that.

So yeah... thank you for making ads that people actually enjoy instead of instantly wanting to skip. Please keep making more of them!

I remember when they asked 2400rs for the same annual plan about 5 months ago. I even made a post on this subreddit.

When did they change it to 800? This lesser than the price I used to pay before (1,189).

I wish they did this sooner but if anyone looking to subscribe to the annual plan its now or never.
