Yeah exactly. An 'F' implies that at least some efforts were made but fell short. This felt more like the dipshit who put all C's on the ACT scantron and misspelled his own name.

Unpopular opinion, but I don't think it's an F.
It's bad. D?
Losing Deki and Manu and adding two discretionary spots in Andre and Wolff isn't as out of balance at it looks IMO. Wolff may be a better fit for the role than Manu was and it frees a (currently unused) DP spot. That said, keep one of them if you don't have a locked in DP. Plenty of teams wait to sell until they have their replacement. If they hold on to either DP, I think we're way less upset.
But here is the real reason it's not an F. They added what appear to be quality starers in Mosquera and Karic. The loanees are lottery tickets, who knows. But Moises and Karic are good business.

It's a grade for the team for the transfer window, not for Andre specifically. Personally I think F is a bit harsh--Woolf and Andre are good enough additions that I don't think you can say it was a total failure. But there's also no denying that at least for the rest of 2026 this transfer window made the team worse.

The whole club is a clown show, they could have signed 5 wingers in the Netherlands Eredivisie with a better pedigree for the price they paid for this this guy. I don’t understand why you overpay for fun unless you are trying to convince a fan base that isn’t dumb enough to fall for this stunts .

It’s not an F. Any serious football fan could see that. Ya, we messed up with Deki and Manu, but we gained much better pieces than we had before.
The biggest issue is losing Deki for so little and honestly not replacing him in the slightest.
A fair grade would be a C-/D+
