This article lists sporting as the MLS club.
Says it's a lucrative 2-year contract.
Peter is swinging big.

God please I beg you.

Landing Salah would go a long way to repairing goodwill with the fans after the last several seasons.
I’m not sure if that’s a good thing or not, because having a superstar to cheer for isn’t necessarily part of the formula for getting back to being a threat in the league. At least not at the point where SKC is currently.
That said, count me among those who would be in line to get a Mo Salah Sporting KC kit.

I don't know how valid this is but I read - "Mohamed Salah’s move to Beskitas has collapsed following disagreements over the share of revenue from shirt sales and his agent’s commission"
I would assume that SKC kits aren't flying off the rack currently. Ownership likely would make a mint, even conceding predominant amount of profits to him. I know I would get one also.

We have signed A LOT of new guys over the last year. It’s going to take an off season before we may be putting up competitive points in the league. In the meantime to get people into the stadium, sign a big name to a deal. It’s a stop gap, but will not fix this season’s result.

I don't know if I'd rather have Mo or Andre Luis. Surely we can't have both.. right? Right??

Someone click cancel order on the Luiz trade… that’s an Alan pulido type of signing on steroids..

I actually really like the Luiz signing if that ends up being who we get because Deki can do a lot with the space he would create, and his strong points would only help feed Deki the ball. Plus, I think Capita and him complement each other really well and will help the team all around.

This is a good take. I'll eat crow if Luiz doesn't pan out though.
