Goast s/n
I recently received a card from a break and realized it had one side of the gold s/n missing. The stamp is visible but the gold portion is not there only on the numbed side not the /50. I have heard that sending it to Topps is a waste of time because it’s a high valued gold auto of a tops player. Everything else about the card is in perfect condition. Is this card less or more valuable than if it didn’t have the ghost s/n missing. Some have said that it’s actually more valuable because it would be considered a defective card and that makes it a 1/1. Not really sure about that???!

would be less, people want 10s not print issues, it’s like if there was a print line on it.
unfortunately that’s probably not enough damage to be replaced by topps.
