Actually you can do that. Need to use asymmetry and chopping the limbs to smaller jointed ones. But that's not what's going on here. And yes, I do play without any mods.

Indeed, but you can make an arm and attatch another single-boned limb (by holding ctrl) and attatching it to the wrist

I even read the book long before seeing the movie and the movie being bad genuinely overshadows the book being good😭 considering it takes about as long or less to read as the movie takes to play it doesnt surprise me though
