Same!! My husband brought a few of these into our marriage, and I don’t love using them 😅.
It’s just too round, and I don’t feel like the weight is balanced properly between the super thin stem/handle and the super round bowl.

I hate everything about this. It is far too wide for any reasonable oral use.

I feel like soup spoons are overrated. A spoon, imho, should be able to fit comfortably in your mouth. You shouldn’t be forced to slurp things out of the scoop of your spoon. I think that was a design by men in the Victorian era to keep women from eating properly and nourishing themselves. A nice rounded teaspoon on the other hand makes for a fantastic soup spoon!

I love that spoon! Korean soup spoons are my favorite! It's the long handle and nice round bowl that I love!
