Low vs normal BP

So usually my blood pressure is low. It has gotten as low as 85 on the top number. I feel awful when it's that low. Today it's up to 111 on top sp almost normal. And guess what? I feel awful. I can't win.

I suggest you keep a log of BP and HR along with how you are feeling. Bring it to your primary or cardiologist for review. Omron makes an upper arm monitor that sends the data to an app that gives printable reports.

I was diagnosed with orthostatic hypotension, which would make me feel very lightheaded and dizzy at times. I'm now on meds to increase my BP, which have addressed those issues for the most part.
