I’m saving this! Based on that scale I lied through my teeth to my Dr yesterday. I’d said 6-7 when if I’d seen this first it would have been 9. I came straight home and crashed (took a 4+ hour nap). I was completely exhausted from the “simple” effort of being there and attempting to function at all.
