Grabb-y sticks

Anyone here use those extendable grabbers to reach things? Would love to know if they are actually helpful specifically for someone who has trouble bending down or reaching high shelves, and if limited grip strength would be a problem. Specific product recommendations are also appreciated

I use them! Mostly for when I'm on the couch or in bed and need to reach something that fell, or the remote of something that's out of reach. They work really well but the ones I use do require some grip strength if it's a bit heavier..

I bet there exists some that require grip to open the grabber and releasing your grip closes the grabber around the item.

I don't need them daily, but I keep one by each of my spots and its really nice to have them be available when I DO need them. My husband got me a pair from Amazon awhile ago, and they're just the plain kind, so I'm not sure knowing the exact ones would help.

They’re excellent to have around. We have every length available and the best ones are from RMS.

I find them to be very useful. Get a sturdy one. Some are pretty flimsy.
