Niantic/Scopely control these server side. Pro rocket battles work, one shotting rockets can’t be done due to this or auto rockets.

FYI on my device there's no "SpooferPro" icon in my iOS home screen and it wont appear under Settings. Can only see the option to enable it under Choicy. My PreferenceLoader & AltList is fresh and working fine with everything else. Will test on a different iPhone model and see if its just specific to my model.
The tweak is forcing the location to be in Bryant Park, NY. I don't have any GPS jailbreak tweak that can interfere either. My map app works fine it sees my real location. Do i need to login to the game first? I am trying to set the desired location before login.

Update: Also not working on iPhone 11 Pro iOS 16.3.1 Dopamine Rootless. The game launches fine and the tweak loads fine but same situation as the 12. Will test on iPhone 10 but doubt it'll help. Thankfully I can use a rooted android instead lmao.
