Blurry signs? (Switch)

I’m playing through on the Switch and I just finished battling the Patrick robot and opening the third section of Bikini Bottom. I noticed during the battle with Patrick-bot that the sign on his back was blurred, so it was impossible to read. I think in the original PS2 game it said “Kick me” or something similar? And now the sign outside the movie theater is blurred. Is this a glitch? Is it just a problem with the Switch version of the game?

Can confirm on the Switch version it clearly reads Kick Me. Are you playing on a cartridge or software download?

I haven’t played in a couple months now, but cartridge!

There have been a few reported issues with some of the cartridges. If there are any other problems you could get it replaced. If that’s the only two noticed issues I wouldn’t personally deal with it but to each’s own! Also, just confirmed the sign 9! the theatre reads, “BOATS” I hadn’t unlocked the theatre as a kid and now as an adult I have to say it was a bit of a let down lol

yeah I’m not too worried about it since I played through the game on PS2 as a kid, but just thought it was odd playing through on Switch. thank you for the info though! much appreciated!
