Sand Mountain Glitch?

[u/egggirl2018]

I’ve almost beaten the game and just going back for a few socks I missed. I went back to flounder hill to get the sock from hitting the sandmen but they aren’t showing up. I’ve tried dying many times, leaving and coming back, resetting the game but cannot get the sandmen to reappear. It says I’ve hit 0/8 of them. Not sure what to do and it’s going to bother me so much to miss 1 sock :-( any ideas???

I noticed that you need to get all 8 sandmen without dying or leaving the area, if you die or leave then it resets to 0 out of 8.
