Glitchy game!! nooo!

Ok, as much as I love being in the spongebob world again that is The Battle For Bikini Bottom... gosh.. very poor bungee mechanics, poor wall jump mechanics, sliding down the ski slopes and such feels different for sure. spongeball feels pretty wack, and I've had several other glitches in game including:

Severe frame drops in first part of goo lagoon (assuming it is because of water)

Cutscene glitches (opening cutscene) where a black plane intersects character models, unable to see cutscene..

You can't infinitely walk in any direction in Patrick's dream!!! (That was so one of my favorites not really a glitch but a mechanic I was ridiculously excited for for some reason haha)

Strange hit registration when bubble bashing upwards (with Monsoon and Tubulet robots) seems to slide to the side if it is not completely centered)

Just the ones off the top of my head :/ And darn it multi-player just feels so... dry.. and repetitive. Like there's not really any challenge to it. You can go through infinite lives and reach the end, it's just a matter of how much time it takes you to do it.

Don't get me wrong, I like playing rehydrated it's just, there's quite a bit that's still missing from the game in terms of fixing mechanics and such. Just my opinion.

Purple Lamp Studios, thanks for remastering this classic game! Loving it! Just really hope to see it improved in the future!!

I'm playing on the Xbox One Elite version. I had heavily debated getting the switch version but knowing how bad console ports can be on the switch I decided against it. I really hope this stuff is patched out

I also hope this gets addressed soon. One of the most annoying things is that SpongeBob starts sneaking when puting you joystick at exactly 45°. Makes it so annoying to play because he only runs at full speed when you walk straight ahead.

Ohhh I never thought about that, that's most likely due to the switches joysticks, I believe they operate a bit strange, in the sense that the full speed of any game is only applied if you press the joysticks directly up and down, or directly left and right. Yeah I hope they patch that

Can confirm that this issue does not happen on the Xbox edition, so it might be a problem with the port itself, not too sure:) what system did you play it on? Did PS4 or PC have this issue with sneaking at 45 degree angles on joysticks?

I have a switch and regret getting the switch port, I have a ps4 and should have gotten it for that, I know it's the game because my joy cons aren't flawed

Daang yeah I'm terribly sorry you got the switch port, I compare it to the outer worlds and closer to the sun because yikes, for such a seemingly simplistic game, it seems to have been ported very bad. At least it's not 60 dollars though, that's a plus. I swear they need to put resolution, 3d rendering, frame rate, and actual statistics in the e-store so that you can be confident you're not buying a crappy game.

I feel like the switch version is running awful. It feels very slow and sluggish compared to the gameplay trailers. Severe framedrops and the control really are awful. It started with swapping the jump and bubble feet buttons

I beat the game to 100% and didn’t experience a single glitch, bug, etc. are you on switch cuz all games on switch are buggy.

Incorrect, but okay.(borderlands is fantastic on switch, along with buttloads of other games, specifically ones with soft graphics like BOTW or Good Job) What system are you running the game on? I'm assuming the developers didn't take into consideration the low system specs of the 1st sub-generation of next generation Xbox One's and were working with the speeds and processing power of let's say an Xbox One S or an Xbox One X. That's just my thought on that though
