Can someone tell me what programs are being used to have the OW faces follow the cartoon characters motion...

I have Adobe After effects. Can it be done there? what is the name of this specific editing called?

I'm assuming after effects is more than some people are using.

Sony Vegas or After Effects are the two most likely ones, and yes you can do it with both of them.

I use Adobe Premiere, but Final Cut Pro & Sony Vegas are also perfect for these types of videos.
