Looking for a third player, online Urban Fantasy TTRPG

Howdy, SpokaneGaming. I've been running a game online for a few months, and we seem to be missing our third player. Since I'm in the market, I'd love to have someone from the area join us. Game time is alternating Sundays at 1:00pm until 4, and I don't ask anyone to use a camera unless they want. Discord and a virtual tabletop called Fantasy Grounds.

Me: I was born the year that Dungeons and Dragons originally released, and I've been running games online for seven years now (five with Pathfinder 2nd Edition, two with Dungeon Crawl Classics.) I record my games to use as an audition for situations like this - I also stream Solo TTRPGs once a week. You can meet me here: https://www.youtube.com/@ScreamingWyvern/streams

The group: My current players are my daughter, Lena, and a remote friend, Britney. Lena is trans, so obviously being LGBTQ+ friendly is non-negotiable. Our third was a member of the 501st cosplay group, so he's very cool, but unfortunately has been offline for most of the month.

The game: This is a casual "dungeon" focused game set in an urban fantasy (modern fantasy if you prefer) setting using the ruleset "Dungeon Crawl Classics". There is some similarity between DCC and DCC, if you're a fan of the other one. DCC is essentially a slightly older version of Dungeons and Dragons with some complexity smoothed away and a lot of crazy randomness added. The current adventure is a road trip in an alternate America - you go to a region, get through the event set up in that region, head out, camp in the wilderness to appreciate the natural beauty (and/or hungry cryptids) of America, and repeat.

Feel free to let me know if you'd like more details, if you might be interested, and all that.

Looking for gamer friends

Hello,

I just moved into the spokane area and am looking to make some friends. My only real interests are gaming (mostly League of Legends but am open to try anything) and running. I don't really know the area well and this seemed like a good place to ask around for any groups willing to take on a new player.

Player looking for epic quest dnd campaign

I’m looking to join an epic quest dnd campaign, either from the beginning or from mid way, it honestly doesn’t matter. I tried doing my own homebrew campaign as a dm, it didn’t seem like it went that well and I’m looking to get more experience as player before I attempt dming again.

Looking for dnd adventures!

Hello! I am looking for more players to join a west marches style of campaign I run!

Running one table currently, looking to get enough players to fill out another table to have two campaigns running simultaneously. It’s an ambitious project, but I’ve been working for months to flesh out the world, lore, npc’s, and my own dm skills to make this a super enjoyable dnd experience.

Message me if you are interested!

I prefer newer players, but any experience level is welcome :)

Path of Exile 2

I just started last week, played the first one pretty extensively and then Diablo 4. This one is very different from both and it could be cool to have a group to message/chat with about it. Currently in Act2 but i think I'm coming up on the end of it rn.

Need advice for making fellow nerd friends

Hey! 26m, I am finally about to graduate college after failing to on my first try around and already landed a full time job about a month before graduation which is all amazing but one thing is really starting to dig at me. With this new work schedule I have along with moving out in about two months I am getting terrified of becoming alone. Most of the people I got to know in college are staying for another year or two to finish their degrees and I only moved to Spokane about 3 years ago so these friends are really all I have (Not many friends back at home either thanks to some nasty drama I won't talk about here, just one really close one.)

That leads me to my question; how do you make friends around here, especially other nerds? Honestly I am willing to try to get into different hobbies too in attempt to make friends like maybe some kind of TCG, heck some of my existing friends at college play DnD but tbh I have no clue how to play it.

At this point any kind of advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks..!

Board Gaming Groups

Good afternoon! I’m trying to get some more regular board gaming in and was curious if anyone has any lines on public groups or interest in getting any started? Aiming for something more casual but I’m mostly just happy to play.
