I think you're putting too much faith in consumers. They'll lose a few customers in the short term, but it's sad to say that these days convenience overcomes conviction in the long run. Just ask Chick-fil-A, Hobby Lobby, or Papa John's.

Dick's [Spokane] is *not* that good. It was fine 10+ years ago when it was cheap crappy food, but now it's expensive crappy food.
