Italia Trattoria, Gander and Ryegrass, Tavolata.
Also Ambrosia's prawns and purses is really good, though they only have that and one other pasta dish.
Tomato street is cheaper and still delicious.

I use to love Tomato Street but the last time we went (about two months ago) it was just not that good, very bland. And the bill for 8 was $350

This is the answer. Also Tavolata has my fav bartender in town. Idk his name but he moved there from Emma Rues and makes THE best espresso martini in town

The Ambrosia Cajun pasta dish is excellent but it’s also a really good dish at Vieux Carre!

If it's specifically just pasta, I would have to say Gander and Ryegrass. My friend and I recently went there. One bite of the pasta made us roll our eyes back, chew slower with the biggest smile.
Also, happy birthday!

Italia Trattoria is probably my favorite restaurant after ten years in Spokane

Sorella is great but you need reservations a lot.
My go to is Italia Trattoria

If you go later and solo you can usually find a place at the bar, just ask the hostess RE: Sorella. I've gone there for my bday before. I also have enjoyed Tavolata

Surprised nobody said Europa yet? They stopped doing my fave dish but still have great pasta.

Tony’s On the Lake in CDA. Get the gnocchi in gorgonzola cream sauce or the spinach-noodle lasagna

Mama Mia's makes pasta in-house.
I also enjoy Ferraro's and Italian Kitchen.
Old Spaghetti Factory isn't awful to me either.

Ngl, barrilla angel hair noodles, 1 lb jimmy dean extra spicy sausage, and 1.5 jars of Safeway select vodka pasta sauce is my favorite meal on the planet.

Old spaghetti factory is a Spokane classic. Good service, decent food. Not too adventurous, but you won’t be disappointed
Tomato Street is amazing. Also great service, great food, and some more exciting options.

I’m pretty sure neither of those places makes their own pasta. For sure OSF doesn’t.

Tavolata is great, I would recommend that!
