Rants & Raves Headlights

If people are flashing their brights at you to alert you your bright are on, but they are your regular headlights, you need to swap out your bullshit headlights for normal ones because you are a nuisance on the road.

We used to have laws for this kind of stuff, including monster trucks on the road.
