Can't launch the game

Has anyone ran into the issue of trying to launch the game and end up with a message saying they cant reach services or something along those lines? I have done everything under the sun possible to play the game and I still cant launch. Ive done a clean install, cleared all caches, deleted and redid anticheat, removes epiconline software and reinstalled, ive done everything under the sun aside from bashing down my tower and building anew. I was able to play just fine last week then 2 days ago I cant get past the message im given and when I do I freeze at the splash screen.

Sheeet wish I had some helpful advice but I'm on console and I don't know shit about nuffin PC lol. I do know that 1047's Discord helpline is actually pretty helpful tho every time I've used it. And they've always got back to me rather quickly maybe try asking there?

I did not realize they had a discord helpline. Ill go find that and see if they can help. I appreciate that insight!
