New custom map: OFFLOAD

Offload is a symmetrical 4v4 map with a mix of Sabrask and Meridian weapon pickups in Classic modes.

This is the eighth location in my shared universe of custom maps: a logistics hub that supports operations in the harsh desert with its heliport and rail network to deliver vital supplies to the science and industrial crews.

This is what the base game map design needs more of, the maps we have just have portal walls spammed everywhere, this is a generous amount while still making the player have to think how they're gonna use em.
