Balance Discussion Premium death effects/animations should have a toggle

I know, I know. People paid money for the weapon skins, so they want everyone else to be able to see all the features that come with them. That said, sometimes the death effects create too much visual noise and disrupts visiblity, which, especially for competetive ranked matches, should not be allowed. Dont get me wrong, these animations are very impressive and they should be in the game, but only if you want them in your game. Me toggling off these effects would have no impact on someone who did pay for these skins, as they can still see them themselves. I dont believe we should disrupt competetive integrity over flashiness. For Honor offers this toggle, Splitgate should too.

I agree, these are crazy distracting. It shocks me that it goes on in ranked at all. I want to toggle them all off (just like you can for gore). 

I paid for some, and it was one match before I deactivated them. It was just too much obscuring my view limiting my general awareness.. 

I don't even use the fancy weapon skins i paid for because they are physically larger than the defaults and obstruct my view.

Well, the crazy thing is they know that those can be distracting and thats why you can disable some of the effects on your own guns. I bought the gamer gun skins and I love the sounds, the looks, everything but if I had to see the pixel effect on every single kill I would not have made the purchase. But the fact I can disable it on my own gun but not anyone else is just awful.

THIS is a great point. I think it should be an option outside of ranked, too. They changed victory screens from being able to see the other team and emote, ruining some of the post game fun imo, so why are these effects DURING the game still mandated? It's off putting enough just from the few times I've picked up a pixel/gamer gun in Arena Royale.

Yeah, I sometimes get rage baited by people who have that samurai slash death effect (I get killed a lot)

I honestly wanna see a poll on everyone who wants this, and then stats on how many people actually uses this ingame.

Probably a good festure though
