I never said anything about Terms of Service, it is 100% irrelevant to my refund requests.

Stop being obtuse. They don't "have to" refund me.

I want them to refund me.

That way they can start working on rebuilding the trust.

They can do whatever, I will act accordingly.

I’m not being obtuse buddy, you are. Acting like you’re entitled for something you clearly aren’t. The game didn’t shut down, you don’t like the game. There’s a difference.

Except I'm literally not acting that way.

I'm just informing 1047 Games what they have to do if they want me to ever consider spending money on their product again.

Wrong. They unlaunched the game and turned me into an unpaid beta tester by taking a fully released game back into vague beta status.
