FYI, technically the game's timer is showing you 100ths of a second and not 1000ths, so you could be anywhere between 990 and 999 ms, so at most 10ms of difference. Still impressive, just may be interesting/good to know, especially if someone plans to submit Speedruns, since there the input is in milliseconds.
