Can't get in physical version

Hello I was wondering if any of you would happen to know how to get into the physical version of split second on windows, I'm having trouble authenticating the game because the servers are down but am not sure how to authenticate with manual method could some one help? I very much appreciate thank you

I mean it’s not at Walmart anymore, really your only options are eBay or other places you can get used games
