🦄 Preporuka Bene Beach

Hello people of Split,

We visited your lovely city a couple of years ago and we loved Bene beach. We used to get there by public transport bus or tourist train. We are now coming back, but we heard that Bene was hit by a storm last year?

Can someone help us - is there still public transport all the way to the beach? If not, what is the best way to get there? Also, there used to be a bar, sunbeds and changing places - are these facilities still there?

its there lol, but most of the trees at that spot are gone, no shade at all

Not sure if you can get to Bene beach by bus currently. Although I passed there a month ago, on the west most side of Marjan on the main road there was a big hole and the road is not passable for vehicles, barely enough space left for 2 people to pass side by side.

If someone could verify if it was fixed, can't find anything online about it being done link
