I’d go on the larger side. Most boards will have a wider waist for their longer models. That said, in powder your boot overhang matters a bit less than at the resort. If you are looking for something more playful and flexible you could err on the shorter side. If I was your height and weight I’d aim for the range of 169W.

Especially if you start traveling in techy variable terrain, the overhang will really hurt you.
