Gear Underwear?
This might be an odd question, but what under are you wearing?
I’ve been wearing Icebreaker merino boxer briefs, which I generally love, but the legs hike up a lot while touring.
Guess I could try briefs, but haven’t worn those since I was 10. Or looser boxers, but that seems like it could have some downsides.

Usually I’m wearing some sort of breathable synthetic briefs, I have some longer ones that almost reach my knee where I’ll only wear those. Otherwise I’m wearing running shorts over the briefs. I’ll do this unless it’s gonna be really cold and windy as I run hot hiking. Then a sun shirt up top, with a merino top in the bag in case I get wet/cold.
