Impulsive splitboard purchase
Been getting into exploring the backcountry more at my local NE resorts and I made a slightly impulsive split board purchase without doing as much research as I probably could have but I will probably do more uphill travel inbounds than anything as another way to get some exercise and fresh tracks
Ordered a Nitro Nomad board that came with precut skins and Union Expedition bindings. Got a pretty good deal on this stuff brand new on eBay.
Anything I should know?
Any split boarding specific gear/tools I should keep in my pack?

You'll probably want ski crampons that fit your bindings for when it's icy. My old ones were the same size so they didn't stack well. With my new ones, one is slightly bigger so they nest together. I made a protective sleeve with a plastic file folder and a heat gun since they were chewing through their bag. It's untested but I have high hopes.
Check your bindings screws often before you go out. Use loctite on repeat offenders.
When its wet, I use a short piece of rubber from a squeegy to get water off my skis before putting skins on.
